We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  We only have access to/collect information you will voluntarily give to use via email or other direct contact from you. Do NOT ever send us via email any personal protected information such as your date of birth, social security number or financial account information under any circumstance.  The only information being sought through this website is your name, address, email address and brief description of your legal issue.  We will then follow up with you directly and no longer use the website for any purpose other than a voluntary testimonial from you after the conclusion of representation.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use this information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.  We will not share this information with any outside third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to obtain medical, business or other records on your behalf to assist you for the reason you contacted this law firm.  Additionally, we will not use the information you give us until you sign a contract of legal representation and provide specific written authorizations to allow Lees Law Office to use the information.
